Dragon Boat Festival

Odaiko New England will once again be performing for the yearly Dragon Boat Festival on the Charles river in cambridge.

There will be food trucks along Memorial drive, and of course plenty of crews racing their dragon boats down the river.

This event is open to the public and free.

Laconia Multicultural Festival

Come see us perform a the annual Laconia multicultural festival. Odaiko New England will be performing at 2pm, but there will be many other amazing acts to see and food vendors.

Andover Lantern Festival
Jun 10 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

A lantern festival is a beautiful way to remember loved ones. Lanterns are inscribed, then lit and set afloat. They are sent off in hopes that the messages will reach friends and family. Odaiko New England is honored to return to Andover’s Family Lantern Festival at the Chapel at West Parish.

Come bring a picnic dinner and be a part of the celebration.

The festival starts at 7:00pm and the lanterns will be launched at sunset.

Waltham River Festival

We will be performing at the Waltham River Fest on Moody Street. Our performance is 3:45pm, but this is a huge event with lots of other groups to see, so please stay and see the other bands and grab some food as well

Beginner Taiko Class

  • Date: July 9 –  Aug 13, 2023 (6 weeks)
  • Time: 9am – 10:45am
  • Cost: $150.00 for 6 weeks
  • Prerequisite:  None

AP Taiko

  • Date: July 9 –  Aug 13, 2023 (6 weeks)
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM    
  • Cost: $60.00 for 6 weeks
  • Prerequisite:  Minimally 1 year of Beginner Taiko Class or prior evaluation and permission from the instructor.

Styles Class

  • Date: July 9 –  Aug 13, 2023 (6 weeks)
  • Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM   
  • Cost: $150.00 for 6 weeks
  • Prerequisite:  Minimally 1 year of Beginner Taiko Class or prior evaluation and permission from the instructor.

Recreational Taiko Class is on Sundays from 9am – 12:30pm. This session there are 3 courses to select from. Visit our Recreational Taiko Class page for registration.

Scituate Town Library Summer Concert Series
