Join us at the Fuller Craft Museum’s Free Fun Friday for a day of family fun and art-making. Come make your own fish kite as well as other actives and, of course, come see Odaiko New England at 11am.
Odaiko New England is thrilled to return to the Laconia Multicultural Festival. Join us for an afternoon of food, music, crafts and fun.
Join Odaiko New England on the great lawn at Brandeis University for their Natsu Matsuri, or Summer Festival. ONE will be performing at noon.
Come see us in the Spirit of Shewsbury Parade. The Spirit of Shrewsbury is a weekend long festival with events for all ages. The parade starts at 1pm and will run from Beal School to Oak Middle School, 45 Oak Street.

Oshogatsu, a festival welcoming the New Year, is one of Japan’s most important annual festivals. Join us at the Children’s Museum to celebrate 2019, the Year of the Pig. Following our performance will be a shi-shi-mai (lion dance) and parade with taiko accompaniment.

Odaiko New England brings taiko to schools all over New England through Young Audiences of Massachusetts. You can bring taiko to your school too!
Experience the mystique of Japan through beautiful traditional dance and music, fierce martial arts and exquisite visual arts.
Masters of traditional Japanese dance, music and the arts will gather at this dynamic event to showcase the beauty of Japanese culture. Do not miss this rare opportunity to see authentic kabuki dance and listen to the elegant sounds of koto and shakuhachi and powerful taiko drumming. Experience the martial arts of the samurai through karate, kendo and kobudo performances.
During the intermission, you will have the opportunity to meet some of the artists and other aficionados of Japanese traditional arts while tasting some delicious Japanese foods and drinks. Visit the gallery displaying beautiful kimono, calligraphy and ikebana flower arrangements, and try on the yukata, or Japanese traditional dress.
